|As we enter our 10th year in business, IT Hotdesk is taking the time to step back and recognise all that we have achieved over the years. However, this is also a great opportunity to assess where we are and make some positive changes. We are always learning and as a customer focused business, IT Hotdesk is committed to continuous improvement – not just for our business but for our customers’ businesses too.
Sharpen your IT knowledge
You may have noticed already but in keeping with our “IMPROVEMENT” value, we have been making some enhancements to the IT Hotdesk LinkedIn page. We are now more focused on:
- Quality not quantity
- Adding value for followers
- Getting creative
Our passion is helping people get the best out of their IT and by developing a targeted schedule of communications for LinkedIn, we aim to increase our followers’ knowledge on all things IT as well as grow a network of like-minded followers who can engage, share and exchange experiences and opinions.
We recently kicked things off with our new HotTip Tuesday weekly feature to help you become more productive and computer savvy with simple tips to sharpen your PC skills. A ‘Meet the Team’ campaign has also begun and you can see MD Gordon Christie’s video interview online. We are also beginning a monthly blog to broaden our audiences IT perspective keeping you in touch with IT trends and developments.
