Policy and Process Controller

The Policy and Process Controller will be responsible for interviewing employees within the business to gain an understanding of the current processes that are conducted in the business. They will document the process in our standard format and review with responsible parties to ensure the process is accurate, further make recommendations to the management team for enhancements to process.

The Policy and Process Controller will be responsible for interviewing employees within the business to gain an understanding of the current processes that are conducted in the business. They will document the process in our standard format and review with responsible parties to ensure the process is accurate, further make recommendations to the management team for enhancements to process.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interview Employees to gain understanding of process.
  • Writing the procedure which shall describe the steps, processes and requirements of each policy and procedure.
  • Consistently track, monitor and maintain business processes.
  • Presenting the completed process to the persons responsible for clarification and discuss with senior management teams for approvals.
  • Identify and suggest areas of improvement.
  • Support line management on any additional administration as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of producing process documentation.
  • Demonstrate capability to capture process and system requirements with an ability to translate general needs into clear processes.
  • Exceptional eye for detail coupled with analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and use initiative whilst delivering outputs at pace.
  • Business Degree is preferable but not essential.

Experience

  • Experienced in Procedure and process documentation
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role

Please note this job is temporary for around 9-12 months with a possibility of a full time position after the contract ends.
